I am new on Etsy and I am excited to be part of a community.
I am based in England and I have clients in Portugal reporting significant delays on their orders. It seems like the packages are stuck at the Postal services in Portugal, not sure why? because each order has the IOSS number. Has somebody experienced the same problem? Any ideas to help?

have you also put a CN22 or CN23 form on it ?
and you would also need a statement of origin
