Yes, you can be on more teams ,but if you make treasuries for treasury promo, then do it with members who are on top of the member list, not just submit other team treasuries ;)

Just a little thought about this new rule... I think that tagging our treasuries with more then one team tag (if they have all the rules to be tagged so) is not a bad thing... because those treasuries should have the possibility to be seen and promoted more and this should be a good thing for everyone... for example, if I make a treasury good for treasurypromo and even for etsyitaliatem / etsyeur I can post it both in the treasury promo site and even into the etsyitaliateam thread and europeanstreetteam thread and so much more people can see it and all the items there included... anyway... if you prefer to adopt this new rule I will adapt to it... please just think about my idea!

Other team tags is not allowed (except treasury promotion teams like: 123team, Treasury Promoters Team, treasury punks etc.);

It means that you can add team tags who promote treasuries, but it is not allowed to add team tags who make treasuries including team members like our team. So there is a difference between treasury making and just promoting teams :)

I guess etsyitaliatem is treasury promoting team not treasury making team :) So you can add it.

A question from me: can we do something with the low views? I mean, there are a lot of treasuries, which made only for Karma points, and no one sees them. That's not a huge impact for our shops. Can we do something like: delay the points until your treasury got 50 views, or something like that?

And another one: can we invite members?

Janis, what you think is the difference between "treasury promoting team" and " "treasury making team"? I think there is no such a strict definition.
Well Treasury promo aims that the participants' positions occupy the first rows, then you still have place to make an aestetically looking treasury using other team members. This actually gives chance that this new people will be used in the treasuries of more skilled promoters.
I totally agree with Ixela here.

And as I was thinking, I realised it is better to be able to have more tags. The quality of the treasury does not depend from tags anyway. And as far as we could already observe in this team, you can have one just tagged promotreasury that, to be frank, sucks.

And one question:
Beside every treasury there is a report possibility "Report Bad Treasury".
So let's please define what a "bad treasury" is?

Yes you can invite new members.

Main idea of making treasuries is to be on the first page. So we need to make very good looking treasuries. Low views is not a problem, because it is not a criteria to be there.

I am going to add voting system near "last treasuries", so members can give "+" if they like a treasury and "-" if they don't like it.
Depending on + and - there will be members ranking. If member will have bad ranking, he will be excluded from a team.
Also members with treasuries who have many minuses will lose some karma points for them. Members with good ranking maybe will get some extra bonuses.
What do you thing?

Savenna, yes there are no strict definition, but imho "Treasury promoting teams" just promote each others treasuries (commenting and liking), but treasury making teams are making treasuries including team members :)

You can press "Report Bad Treasury" if you see treasury which is very bad looking and not deserve any karma points :) If we will agree with you, we can do something bad with this user :))
You can read my last comment about new system I am going to add soon. Please, comment what do you think about that?

I don't know. As a whole, I don't like talking like "do something bad with" even if said with humour. Have in mind that we are international here, I understand you pretty well, since this is a saying in our languages, but to someone this might sound not that polite at all. So we have to be careful.

I think it is better to start with some clarifications. Why we are making treasuries for? If our aim is to make Front Page worthy treasuries (First page is called the competitive treasury page, where treasuries get in front positions after getting certain hearts, comments&views) then we have to really try make them aestetically appealing and comforming with the trending themes witch Etsy is publishing monthly on its blog. Then it is luck.

If the aim is some other as promoting the treasuries (which will hurt no one, just on the contrary will do good), then let's thik where and how to promote. But to my point of view there are already too many promo teams. Me, I try to make the treasury good enough so as to be able to post it on my PInterest boards.

Sure, this means that we have to always keep up to some quality criteria not just making tons of T's to get the points.
And as concerning +s and -s, let us hear some more minds and ideas.

Otherwise the site is nicely made. It is stimulating and kind of addictive to me already :) I like the idea of it.

I think changing to a plus/minus system is a good idea. I don't like the "report bad treasury" thing. We all have different taste and who is to say what is bad and what is good.

I think it needs to be clear whether this is a "front page" treasury team or a "first page" treasury team. By the sounds of the tagging rules and the words used about treasury quality, it is a front page team.

If you are running a front page team, you need to decide who has shops that (in your opinion) are aesthetically pleasing and if they also make good treasuries then they stay. Mostly the leaders decide this kind of thing but it sounds as though you want to make it more democratic on this team.

I know this is a new concept and you are trying to make it work so it is fair for everybody. Thank you for that. On the positive side, it is very addictive. And I like that we get views from off Etsy - great for Google rankings.

Maybe users, can decide by themself if they like on don't like any shop. If you don't like any shop and it has a lot of karma points and it is displayed on the top, you can just ignore him. Right? So there is no problem.
Maybe we can also add option to click "hide user" who you don't like to see in your member list? :)

that's a good idea. If you don't like these shops, invite more and more members, and there will be a lot more shops to choose.
