would love to help you about treasury ... you should go etsy homepage and just go down on home page thru left bottom and you will see there treasury section just click and you will see on that picture create treasury..
I am mostly opening another webpage for etsy and clicking our team members page one by one and if I like something I am copying link and paste adress box below the picture when you click "ok" beside addressbox you will see the item picture as a first picked item in your treasury..
be careful about concept you chosed and tags must be chosen intentionaly about your treasury..
