You go find a shop that you would like to trade with. You can find active shop that like trade on treads that say "trade with me" or "trade friendly" "what are you looking for" and as such. After you find a shop you wouldn't mind trading with; you contact the shop owner.
You ask the shop owner to trade with you then you guys work out a deal with each other. Most trade go for equal value trade. Which me you trade for the same amount. No money is exchange unless you guys talk about this. Most trades are complete using the "other" option when you check out. (so it is best to have that option available when you start talking about trading, but also very good to take off that option when your not trading because some customers may check out with that option.) Each trade is always different.
Trades are good for getting to know people. Helps shop with reviews and sales. (reviews are very important because they help the customers know that you shop is good, so it is always good for you to leave reviews when you trade with someone.) Also trades are good when you they help you get stuff you need.
