I just found your group through another member here that started following my shop.
I got started with making ukulele straps because my husband opened a music shop that carries over 250 ukuleles and there was no one making Hawaiian or tropical themed uke straps. I already had a love for the island theme because of being a Polynesian dancer for years and it only intensified with my new love of the ukulele. So, I added uke straps as an item to my shop and began selling them through my husbands music store. Somehow I stumbled onto something that people really wanted, but no one was doing, plus I am doing something I have always loved to do with sewing.
