found out today that ANOTHER girl in my group is engaged. there are 7 girls about my age in the group, and 3 of them are engaged. le sigh.

Wow, congrats to your friend! There was one point in time when all of my friends and all of my friends' friends and all of my bf's friends and their friends were all getting married/getting engaged. And he and I were the only two who had been together longer than them and hadn't gotten engaged/married yet. lol I hope that made sense.

ya brian and i were together longer than all our couple friends, and we never got engaged. i have 2 save the dates on my fridge, on for june and one for january. and neither of them are ones from work even

It does indeed seem to go in spurts. The wedding was interesting lol. Glad to be home and that my math teacher opened up the assignments again since I didn't finish my homework before I left :P

I didn't get lost once, I was proud of myself lol. I did have issues with the gps since I couldn't hear what it was saying sometimes and automatically turned up the radio without thinking making the situation worse ha. It was kinda both on good and bad. Almost everyone was really nice, it was just so stressful. The bride's 2 cousins apparently really have something against me. They might be racist? Not sure, I was literally the only white person around until the wedding guests arrived lol. I had forgotten how much I liked spending time with the bride, wish I could spend more time with her. Seeing as that was only the 3rd time I've seen her since '04.

My brain still seems a bit fried from everything, I'll tell you more later lol.

What was the nationality of most of the people at the wedding if they weren't white? That's sad that they might be racist.
