Buyer has already paid for an order and wants to add a few light items. Since she purchased the first items through Etsy and requested through Etsy Convos, I need to create an invoice for her though Etsy.
I'm hoping to do something simple, besides creating a listing--unless that's the best way?
Thanks in advance for your advice.
The best way would be to create a listing combing all the items she wants into just the one listing. Then send her a link so she can purchase immediately.

Thanks, @ThePurplePuppy, That's what I eventually did.
Thanks, but she already paid for the first order. I just need her to pay for the remaining three items and I will pack it in the same box.
@calicoseasYou would not include the item she already paid for--just the 3 additional ones.
I’d create and send her a “free shipping” code, and have her purchase the additional items, using the code. She won’t be charged additional shipping, and Etsy gets their cut.
Wouldn't it be nice if we could do multiple custom orders from one convo? Maybe I'll send that in as a suggestion, since I have had the same situation as calicoseas several times.
Thanks, everyone, I created a quick, second listing for her, with free shipping, in a hurry, and she paid. I wonder what runnerbean means by sending "free shipping code?" I'd like to know more about that. Thanks everyone.
Oh! I forgot you can just create a listing and set it to free shipping right there! Was thinking about how you can create a coupon code (under Sales & coupons) and send her that. Doing it within the new listing makes a whole lot more sense :-)
