Spacers for framing

Does anyone know if they sell spacers for framing on etsy?  I have been looking but I don't I can't find any.     I would prefer to buy here than Amazon.   I am looking for the ones that come in long strips, you cut and snap and then tape on the glass so the watercolor paintings don't touch the glass.

I know you can purchase these at americanframe.com - but am not sure if anyone here on Etsy sells them.

A quick search brings up mostly spacer beads and photo frames :-/
