Rainbows and unicorns?

I really loved the Rainbows and unicorns thread on the old forum! I was looking forward to find it on the new forums as well, but it's gone, together with everything else! 

Since negativity was forbidden on the thread, I'm going to stop complaining and just write that January brought me 3 sales so far, which doubled the number of my sales! (I opened a shop in October.) Who knew you could sell Christmas ornaments after Christmas? ;)

What great things do you have to share?

Beach day yesterday. 🏖  It was hot. Pickings were good. 🐚  I’m exhausted. Got everything cleaned and sorted.

I saw a hummingbird today. I was surprised to see it, because the weather has been unusually cold here in Los Angeles, but it was still sunny, enough and warm enough apparently for a hummingbird to frolic. Hummingbirds are my favorite birds.

I made my very first items with epoxy resin and I am so happy with how they turned out!! 

Ok, I've made a huge mess in my flat, but it was my first time working with resin and I just can't believe how good it was! :)

I feel like a very long sales lull might be starting to subside. Very happy about that! Made + photographed a number of new jewelry pieces over the weekend as well. I'm starting to really like using my phone for product photography.

I heard the ever-elusive 'cha-ching' for the first time today! Recently I got a new phone, and any of the devices I've had previously evidently weren't compatible with it somehow... I'd never gotten it to work before. Definitely caught me off guard!

For all of us that are still in deep Winter mode there is hope- yesterday afternoon late, we had returning Geese overhead, squawking up a storm! We were smiling ear to ear. Spring is indeed on the way (in spite of the foot of snow out back). 🌈 🌈 🌈
