Hi all .
I have 7 boxes of vintage books . I used to sell books individually but there is a trend to sell in lots by color and even shabby , worn books.
I'm a bit overwhelmed trying to sort them.
I thought maybe taking it a step further by listing them by subject.
I have already sorted some into kids books, history, cookbooks etc.
Am I overthinking this? Should I just stick to color/ or shabby and get on with it?
I'm stuck!
I like the idea of sorting books by general category (cookbooks, kid's books...)
vintage books are usually searched for by their title because they are oop. list them by the book and maybe offer a discount if they want to buy several?
@vlmkpyae- what is oop?
There are some books that are only worth $1 so I'm trying to group them together as a lot.
I think it's 'out of print'. If I'm wrong, Sill can scold me and give you the right answer.
yes, gerri. oop = out of print. htf = hard to find. mib = mint in box, read seller took it out to photograph it but still calls it mint.
antique = what most of us feel like by now.
Totally agree on the "antique" lol! : -)
@GielDesigns- You are right! Yes....Thanks.
Other option: create a new section On Sale for the new books to list.
