Finally an order but showing not paid = (

Had an order come through at 07:00 this morning, been 4 hours now and the order is still showing "not paid"?

How to contact Etsy to look into this please? I can't send order out until payment has come through.

congrats, sort of. is there a thread on this in bugs? i saw a similar issue about a week ago, maybe? somebody said it happened to them. good luck getting it sorted. ouch.

Was it through PayPal? It can take awhile to come through sometimes.

The other day I bought a USPS priority mail rate box label through PP and it took about 2 hours to go through. I had plenty of funds so not sure why it took so long.

Also, sometimes when i pay for something through PP, I am short by a few $ and they have to get the funds from my bank account and that can take time.

No it was via Etsy payment, it showed up as "Paid" some hours later. I just never had any order that had "Not paid" showing up before, first time.

All that measn is the payment has not yet been approved. It can sometimes take up to 48 hours.  This is for YOUR protection as something is not quite right with the payment--the CC has expired, may be reported lost or stolen, etc. Do not ship until it has finished processing. If it does not clear then the order will disappear.

This is not a bug.

This has always been the case==ever since I have been selling here. Are you perhaps new?

No I am not new, just that never had any order that showed up as "Not paid" before, this is the first time.

Did the payment go through yet? Sometimes it can take a while, as I guess others have also conveyed here. The most I've personally experienced was just over two days.

There could also be a newer bug with which I'm not familar. I didn't see anything as of today in the Bugs forum, but that doesn't mean that it isn't a newer issue or something I just missed.

I guess you already know that you should wait until the payment processes to ship & that you're doing the right thing there. I hope it processes quickly for you, or that it has already. (:

@philosophiacreations thanks so much, you know I only just realised that it was my 100th =D I think I got distracted by the "Not paid" yesterday that I didn't notice #^^# Just realised before I came to read your post, YAY 100th FINALLY, been waiting for sooooo long, was hoping that it could happen by end of last year =]  Now onto the next target . . . 150th =D

It took a few hours showing up as "Paid", if I had to wait for 2 days then I would have been worried = ( 

I went to the post office this morning and have put it in the post =]

My 100th and also add another new destination on my delivery list, my first delivery to Romania =]
