Your products and shop are very nice. I think you just need to wait. Check your stats and change non-performing keywords.

I think you should add more to your shop. I try to keep more than 100 items in there. Definitely maybe add some baby and designs for kids birthdays - those are the occasions i've seen people buy these for!

your feedback score might be hurting a little from that one review. maybe email or convo your previous buyers and ask them if they could leave you feedback for their purchase.

Maybe change up your tags. Its been said that compound words work better than single words.

Okay so I am getting some sales but just not what I was looking for and I am so not understanding why? are my prices to high? Can someone please help me out here I am at a loss.
