Anyone use a 'Card Folding' Machine'?

I print all of my own cards - first buying the card stock in full 8.5 x 11 sheets - then having my local print shop cut and score for me. I don't mind folding them for my retail sales. But I sell lots of cards for wholesale in large quantities. I HATE folding all of the cards for a larger orders! I was hoping someone had a suggestion for some kind of machine that can do that for you. I print A2 size. (Crossing fingers that someone has a great solution:)

Re: Anyone use a 'Card Folding' Machine'?

The print shops I have worked in all had high-speed folders, and I've been kind of keeping my eyes open for one that I could afford, myself. But I don't have any experience with the folders that are on the market targeted at offices and such.

This isn't exactly the solution you're asking about, but have you asked the print shop that trims and scores your cards whether they can fold them too? It may not be that much more.

Thank you for your response, Clare. That is a good idea. I hadn't thought to ask them. It would be great for orders over 100 cards. I'll see what they say. The ones I've found online seem to only be able to fold 8.5x11 - not cardstock.
