A2 Card Question

Hi There! First of all, I'm new to the team. ::WAVES::

I'm hoping to get a little help getting going on my new venture. For the last 8 months I have gotten multiple requests for matching Thank You cards to go with my labels and tags- mainly the bridal shower and baby shower clients are looking for them. I've finally decided to go for it. I have my new inkjet on order (Epson 3880) and have gotten kind of stalled.

I plan to offer two sizes of cards to start. A1/4 bar and A2. The A1's are no problem. I have a stationery steel rule die that will cut and crease/score 4bars from an 8.5 x11 page.

The A2's are another beast all together. The stationery die for that size card has two per page but requires a 9x12" paper. No one makes a 9x12 paper!!! For those greeting card sellers that offer A2's what is your process? Do you cut and score by hand? (I'm really really hoping to avoid this) or use pre-cut and scored cards? Or something else? If cutting and scoring by hand what's the best method for scoring. The idea of using a bone folder on a set of 10-100 cards makes my skin crawl. There must be a better method?

Thanks so much for help with this.

Re: A2 Card Question

I use 8.5x11 paper cut in half. I do score all my cards one at a time.
