In the 20th century just as soon as color television began to replace black and white TV, one very popular family program was Walt Disney’s “The Wonderful World of Color.” Walt Disney was a genius when it came to colors and the use of colors.
Relive your last visit to Disneyland California or Disney World Florida. Folks travel from far away and pay well over a hundred dollars a day to visit one of these special attractions. I know this well as I live less than 5 minutes away from Disneyland California, California Adventure, and Knott’s Berry Farm. In considering the psychological power of colors I wonder – what would happen if all of these specially designed colors in this most popular attractions simply turned to “black and white” – well; maybe a few folks would pay $5 to visit these attractions then. I personally know several people who work for these businesses and everyone of them tell me that COLORS are a key ingredient that makes them so very popular that people hardly give it a second thought the daily admission price and the price of the many things they buy inside these carefully color planned attractions.
