Hello I am new to the group and actually only been on Etsy for like a month as a seller my question tonight is I am trying to upload video to my listings and I’m using adobe rush so I am certain that the file size and everythiyng is accurate but it keeps telling me that my file size is smaller than it is. Does anybody have any suggestions thank you
