This team was set up in great haste last week while I was juggling various committments.
I forgot to ask whether there are any volunteers to act as Team Leaders? It seems each team can have leaders as well as a captain. I'm not altogether sure what the responsibilities are though ... I'm still feeling my way around. It's still not clear what etsy's expectations are in relation to captains/leaders. They are doing away with the official etsy forum moderators for the threads that have migrated to teams and captains (and possibly leaders too) are being expected to fulfil this role instead - e.g. deleting inapproriate threads, ensuring there's no spam, no 'calling out' etc. Sounds like a bit of a minefield! And no perks either (we should be getting some free listings at the very least)!! Fortunately we haven't had any 'fistycuffs' on our threads! LOL! But I don't envy the captains of some of the other teams - particularly the ones that have thousands of posts each day. When will they ever have time to run their shops?
Anyway - that wasn't meant to put you off! Let me know if you want to volunteer!
