Hi Karen...it takes time and patience. I started my store just over a year ago and have only had 2 sales, I'm still experimenting to see what does and doesn't work. My partner has a store which has pretty regular sales without her even doing much marketing. So I think results can vary.
Tags are very important, use all 13 tags on your listings, also use tags that explain what the item is. You could experiment by searching for similar items to your wee creatures and see what tags other people use.
Marketing through FB, blogs, pinterest, etc can help get you noticed.
Good photos are important, clear listing titles.
...joining groups, favouriting items, making treasuries....all those things help to make connections with others.
Your shop looks fantastic, your photos are great, it all likes really good to me. You could create an Etsy about page which gives you an opportunity to explain a bit more about what you do and list some more photos and info...here is mine;
https://www.etsy.com/shop/TheEthosGuild/about/it's a pretty basic one but some people's are incredible.
Nice to meet you, welcome to the group and keep working at what you are doing:)
