My actual nickname in irl is boo. My birthday is feb 19th. I mostly make handmade jewelry like chokers and earrings, but I make other stuff like key lanyards, hair barrettes, and cards. Under educated and unemployed, I'm just trying to survive right now. I'm hoping etsy will give me the money to go back to college.

Hi all,
My name is Dawn and I'm from northern England. I'm 41 and home educate my only son who is 13.
Home education means that I can be very flexible making my creation for etsy, my son does a lot of my item desciptions especially the ones of the animal bags :)he's a very creative writer.
My mother does the crochet for out etsy shop and I do the knitting, I try to come up with lots of new unique ideas then spend a lot of time working them out, here is my latest creation that my partner suggested, he wondered if I could make a Raccoon hat that doubled up as a balaclava/mask to capture the esscence of the "raccoon robber"

i make lots of random stuff - mostly crocheted and sewn. I am deeply inspired by nature, but love the supernatural too. was drawn to the magic in this group and look forward to being an active member!

I am almost 30, working on my 3rd bundle of joy, hoping to start homeschooling my older 2 wonderful girls and being a "stay-at-home-artist-mom" :D

Love hanging out with my kids and sharing in their magic. I am working towards creating a sustainable income for myself and family through Craft and doing what I love so that we can live in the woods. We bought our land last year, so this year i'm working on making the cabin a little more liveable - or possibly building a new sweet shack.

HI there~ Joined a few days ago! Things have been busy in life here, so Just now getting a chance to sit down and write an intro!

I'm a stay at home mom of two, One who is home with me all day because there is no pre-school where we live. He's quite the handful =) I also have an 11 year old daughter who loves all things creepy and magical just like me!
This shop is slowly putting on shape, and will have more and more items being added on a regular basis. I always have ideas and projects going, but tend to run out of time or be interupted by kiddos! 95% of my sales from either shop are custom orders! =)
I love to sew, I love to design and create! Making fun additions to daily life is my goal! =)

I'm a believer in wee folk, even have a fairy door in our livingroom, which the boyz keep well monitored. We also Steampunk as a family, my eldest son is a partly turned Vampire when we go out to Cosplay. I think he just likes wearing the fangs. lol

I've started out with jewelry simply because I make so much of it that I can't conceivably keep it all, but I'm also really into knitting and spinning, so will probably be adding some fibery items at some point... maybe in time for fall?

I joined this group because I LOVE urban fantasy novels (vamps, werewolves, paranormal) and a lot of other dark fiction. My personal style is pretty dark, though when it comes to crafting, I love to work with bright colors as well. :) My shop is leaning a bit goth right now, so we'll see what happens. I'm still experimenting to see what sells. :)

I use a lot of novelty, strange, silly fabrics as well as your typical "baby" patterns. I think my kids should have a sense of humor too, don't you?

Hi, everyone. .. I still feel a bit new here and don't believe I ever properly introduced myself. I am a witch in the Strega tradition, and work professionally as a psychic/ medium. So, most of the jewellery I make can be used in spells to conjure love, protection, and so on. I also recently began to make commissioned pieces, especially for trading. It is satisfying for me to make a special piece for someone; I can focus on them exclusively and use materials I know will help them balance their energies and give them the extra support they need.

What we adorn ourselves with is magical and enchanting. It is a reflection of how we feel about ourselves, what we want to communicate, and how we want to be viewed by other people. Using natural, re-imagined materials is perfect for that. The process very much reflects what we have to work with in ourselves. Most often my work is made of old, vintage, or non traditional, natural materials.

I'm working hard to have more of my work photographed; that way there will be a wider range for people to look at. I love to see work that is inspired by what is magical in our lives. That is for me true inspiration.
