Hey everyone, I am Lisa and I blog about various thins includings etsy, inerviews, tutorials and crafts as well as my life and baby things as I have a 5 month old!

I do have an etsy store but its on hold at the moment whilst me and my family relocate back to UK after living in America for 18 months (East and West coasts, we've done it all!), so its all a little crazy right now!

Gotmilkglass, as for followers it more about getting the word out there and promoting your posts. I have a fb and twitter page as well as posting on digg.com, stumbleupon, reddit and delicious. I also submit posts to craftgawker (need to be really good pics though as they are picky) and tutorials to isharecrafts.com, recently joined pinterest to share photos and then etsy teams are great! There's tons of resources out there.

Hi everyone! For those who regularly feature giveaways on their blogs, I'd be interested to hear how you manage to find so many sellers willing to offer prizes? I post on teams, my blog, facebook and twitter looking for sponsors as well as contacting sellers directly (I try not to spam, more contact people I've noticed have participated in giveaways before or shown interested in participating). However I have hosted three giveaways and am really struggling to find anyone else willing to participate! Any tips would be great!

GotMilk, I'm with you on this one, my blogs are new and followers are few. You can use different sites to gain followers, I found NetworkedBlogs on facebook to be rather good, but you have to spend some time promoting yourself there. One of the most important things is to communicate with other bloggers. Follow them and post comments on their posts. This will not only gain you more following but a better quality following as well. I personally don't actually read every post of every blog I follow, only blogs I really like. The rest of the blogs I just look at the title of the latest post and if it's nothing interesting I just go on to the next.
If you constantly commenting on other people's blogs it lets them know you are there and it gives them an extra reminder that your blog is there too, so they are more likely to go to your blog and read it. Many bloggers will follow you if you follow them as well.

Hollybobbs, I'd like to know it too. Would love to have some giveaways on my blog in the future.

I started blogging about a couple of months ago...had no direction at first. I decided to do specific features m-f though I sometimes forget..or life takes me away from the computer (which is a good thing!). I haven't done a giveaway yet but I have started interviewing shops/people on wednesdays.

I was also thinking of a way to get some more sponsors in here. If you are a blogger that has done giveaways before, you could send a convo to the shops that have sponsored your past giveaways and let them know that we have started this team so that they can discover new opportunities to sponsor more giveaways and get promotion for their shop! I will be sending some out tonight and I would appreciate it if others would do the same! :)

I am really trying to blog everyday - or at the very least three times a week. I drafted a schedule of topics just in case I get writers block. For the most part its helped - except now I need to find time.

I am open to having "guest bloggers". If you want to do a blog post (tutorial, diy, business tips) OR have done one on your blog & would like to have it posted on my blog as a guest blogger let me know. Obviously I will back link anything you do to your blog and hopefully bring you more traffic. I have less than 200 blog followers BUT I have almost 2000 twitter follower & 700 FB fans - so there's room for networking. Just convo me !!

@Hollybobbs – I actually found my sponsor in the forum. She was looking for blogs to host her giveaway! So I got lucky. If this does well - I might host a giveaway from something in my shop. While I look for others who would be interested in particapating. I have read plenty of forums of people who get annoyed when convo’d to do giveaways. So I don’t want to start doing that. I have also read that some bloggers purchase items from shops and then use that item to host a giveaway, its seems shops are more willing when they are compensated. Depending on the item – I might be willing to go this route!?
