Okay, I have the Bloggers Seeking Sponsors thread and the Sponsors Seeking Bloggers thread marked as MAY threads, but I just realized that it's not going to be very productive to start that over each month! I just wish there was a way to edit the thread titles! I hope it doesn't scare people away!!!

I wish we could clean up these threads so that in the future you wouldn't have people's post even though they aren't interested in sponsoring a giveaway. This is my only concern as far as leaving the threads as is.

@Amanda, I'm not sure what you mean...If I make new threads for each month on the bloggers seeking sponsors and vice versa, each shop would have to re-submit their questionairres each month. Are those the threads you're talking about?

lol @ Arizona! That's how you build up followers! I did my first giveaway from my own shop and it added a ton of followers - then the other shops were interested!

Maybe I should put a note in the rules that says that if you are a blogger or sponsor that you will need to come back at the beginning of each month and copy/paste your questionnaire to the new monthly thread - do you think that would drive away members from using the team?

Assorted, how about restarting the posts just for this time and dont put a month on them so that we dont have to redo them every month. Then maybe put something on the annoucement part of the team to say anyone who listed needs to relist their post otherwise it will get missed.

@Hollybobs, that's a great idea! Maybe we could convo each shop that filled out the questionnaire? Could you help me with that? I can convo the Bloggers and you could convo the Sponsors? If you don't have time, just let me know, thanks!

Assorted- I meant that say a few month down the road I decided to stop sponsoring, but my name is on the first page, so people will be very likely to contact me about sponsoring a giveaway for months after I already decided not to do it. On the other hand it's a real pain in the behind to have to repost it every month. Can we put a note in the description or rules about contacting one of the leaders to delete a post if you don't wish to sponsor or feature anymore?

totally unrelated, but is anyone having a problem with large aggressive spiders this year? I had 3 in my place today and I'm scared of them, well, now they are dead, so not scared as much... darn it if I get bitten by a spider again... I'm going to start spraying them with chlorine, so they die horrible, slow and painful death...

@armada - Okay, I totally get what you're saying now! I will put something in the announcement and also in rules thread! As far as the spiders go...ewwww! Where do you live? We don't get very big spiders around here, thank goodness!

@ assorted - I live in Erie PA, nclose to Canada. We didn't have them last year, at least not this many, now they are everywhere. Why they would think it's ok to climb up onto the 3rd floor beats me.

Eww, I hate spiders. Luckily I haven't seen one in my place...yet! I hate the really fast ones that disappear after you turn to grab a tissue to squash it with! Then you NEVER find it again! Blah!

@crochet - oh, you will find them.... next time you get in the bed and see it on the pillow next to you... or when they crawl into your closet and make a nest in a shirt you want to wear the next day. And then you put the shirt on not realizing what's inside... oh, the horrible memories...

lol that's what I did. It happened in New York, but the spiders seem to follow me everywhere I go.
It's been better last couple of days though, only one spider a day now :)
