Morning & welcome to Etsy and the team! I don't drink coffee, but I'm here with my bowl of cereal and not wanting to go to my day job today. I have business stuff to finish and feel like my day job is interrupting lol.

Hi Trinity, nice to meet you! Hi again, Jacque. I hope you two have had lovely mornings. I have had one cup of coffee so far, but I think another two or three are needed. I spent hours yesterday working on my latest nesting doll and I am just so happy I listed it this morning! I seriously have spent months trying to finish it, but my wedding, other commissions, and two cute nephews can get in the way of my productivity!

Anything exciting going on for you two? Or anyone else who joins the conversation?

Oh my...you HAVE been busy!! Congratulations on your wedding!! Those nesting dolls are adorable..and hey, perfection takes time LOL!

I'm still trying to get all my ducks in a row in my shop :/
I feel like I keep stumbling over the same thing and then I don't get anything else new made because I'm to busy editing and editing and editing ... ugh!
Just can't seem to get my titles, tags and title descriptions set up the way I want. You'd think it would be easy to do since all my listings are pretty much the same things just different design...but in the end thats what ends up making it tricky LOL!!!
ooh well, i'll get it eventually hehe!

Trinity, the fantastic thing about that is you can experiment with different tags, titles, and descriptions and see what garners more views and searches!

Today, I really feel like shaving half of my head. I think it would look fabulous. Too bad my corporate workplace would fire me for that. This is why I need my art job and that's it!

I'm also thinking of quitting this job for a bartending or waitressing job. I think I'd make comparable money while having more time to work on my art. In addition, I could be myself (shaved head, tattoos, and all) without constantly trying to hide!.

Morning - well other here in sunny UK is 13.49... Afternoon! I have only had a green tea today so far. I am starving! I was busy taking photos of my new bangles this morning - and my camera kept shutting down, despite putting in fresh batteries. UGH! I am hoping the batteries are bad rather than my camera dying. That's the last thing I need! Been busy watching the Olympics - so odd seeing my City on TV so much.

The bike race went through my high street!

Oh my gosh, that must be fun! If you have a question about your camera battery, I'd take it into the shop with the actual camera. They're almost guaranteed to have a battery that you can test in your camera, so you can resolve the issue quickly.

I'm having some very, very strong coffee right now. I'm going to be at the airport for my job today for like 10 hours so I'm just dreading this. I'd rather be making art!

Today I'll be at work, but probably on Etsy a ton. I plan on working on at least another necklace, if not a larger piece tonight. I also really, really need to blog. I've had a week and a half of silence, not good!

I need to head into the lab to make baby shower favors for the apotion shower I am hosting tomorrow. The good thing is they are the fotune cookie favors so they wont take too long and all the packaging is set and ready. I was kind of hoping to have the weekend off but thats what my forgetful self deserves I suppose

Trying to keep my creative thoughts organized but its tuff w/a busy, OVERLY excited Teenager and a very sick OVERWORKED hubby on my hands LOL

LOL I know right??

And he IS so very overworked...he works outside all day in all this heat and humidity at a barge building plant. Has to pull his weight plus a 50lb tool bag up and down 80-100ft ladders all day...not to mention he's put in 120hrs in 2wks, hasn't had a day off in 18days and is sooo sick right now he should just be rolled up in a ball in the corner somewhere LOL
I am MAKING him take tomorrow off, I don't care WHAT he or his boss says!

He shoulda been home by 10 today, but he's still there :(
And he started at FIVE A.M....which may not be such a big deal but we live an hour away, so he had to be up at 3, to leave at 4 to be there by 5.

Thank you Trinity! I have to say they are a favorie of mine as well and since we just moved to Olive St, very appropriate. I should make some for my neighbors but its so hot, they would melt in the post boxes.

I cannot stress how much I am looking forward to school starting. two more weeks!

Been crazy packing and saying goodbyes and all those fun things you do when moving to the other side of the country.

Not paying near enough attention to the shop and it's noticeable, but I really just don't have enough hours in the day. Next month we'll be back with a vengeance though, new products and all that :D
