Good Morning Everyone!
My name is Doug and my shop name is Brightworkz. Thank you for allowing me to join the team I greatly appreciate it :D I started working on items in March of 2014 until I had seven then opened my shop in July of 2014.
I went to school for Visual Merchandising Arts and loved it. It was tons of fun meeting new people and I loved making creations in the wood shop with my LEDs.
Last year 2014 I volunteered to the same program I graduated from in 2010 (Sheridan in Oakville Ontario) helping students with their own display projects and loved every minute of it and that gave my the personal boost to start an Etsy shop.
I work full-time nights in a grocery store stocking shelves Tuesday - Saturday. I try to spend 2-3 hours during weekdays working answering emails, working on my website and creating. On Sunday and Monday I spend 6-8 hours creating :D
My shop could use better pictures and my Seo needs some work but all in good time.
