I love your shop. Your prices are adequate, and your items look lovely. I like the pictures and details in the description. I'm not sure why you aren't selling more especially with all of your good feedback.
I guess what I would suggest it that you change the title of each item.
Example:
Instead of, lets say, (pink newborn hat) as the title you should write something more like this:
Newborn hat, newborn beanie, pink hat, pink newborn hat, free shipping.
Start out with the basics first then gradually add the details. People are more likely to type in newborn hat then pink newborn hat.
Also to keep your items on top of the searches, renew a few of them weekly. This will increase views. Have you tried promoting, this allows your items to come up as ads multiple times throughout the search. You don't have to pay unless someone clicks on your ad.
You have beautiful items and great reviews, I hope you can sell more. And I hope I could help some.
