Your site looks great, and the item seems to be presented really well too, hard to find a suggestion... I struggle with tags as well but I think including some more general search terms might help, you could throw some on to the end of the title as you should have characters left. For instance, maybe someone wouldn't think to buy a playmat right off the bat but is searching for "babyshower gift" "nursery decor" "baby gift" "playroom" "toddler gift" "Baby Boy" "nursery quilt", things like that. Also try to see if it makes a difference to search for "playmat" vs "play mat" etc... hope that helps!
