Looking for some advice...

Hi there!
I'd love it if you could give my shop some feedback. My sales have slowed down considerably as well as my shop views. I've tried new photos, keyword rich titles, lots of keyword product tags...not sure what else to do.

Any advice would be soooo appreciative.

Hey Katie!

Gorgeous shop - well done. I have a few suggestions ; )

A few of your listings are missing loads of search keywords in their titles. Eg https://www.etsy.com/listing/165455405/lobster-charm-necklace?ref=shop_home_active_47

You could add soooo many more search words in your title to gain views.

Have your thought about adding the keywords 'gifts, valentines gifts, gifts for her' or even making customs pieces?

Why not pop your about page link and a short 'about' part on your listings to give customers a feel of your work and passion?

You could maybe try doing a special deal, or promotion coupon code if they 'like' you on Facebook etc.

Try to put some links inside you listings that encourage viewers to go check out some more of your lovely items.

Show packaging, perfect for gift giving!

Why not get a friend to model your items? People are more likely to buy if they can see a photo on a real model.

Maybe fill more of your 'shop announcement' section out, including keywords and popular search words to help you in Google.
