I think I'm missing something

I've been optimizing my seo these past few weeks, changing lots of pictures, and generally revamping my shop.

I haven't sold a bentwood ring in a couple weeks, and I'm just wondering why.

Should I lower my prices? Should I raise them? Should I go back to the white background?

I could use any advice you could give.

I won't be offended, so please be frank.

Your products are beautiful. The photos appear bright. I love the wood coasters. Considering the wood is over 100 years old, I would personally increase the price. That wood is never going to be found anywhere else.

Maybe also add words like 'recycled' or upcycled' , even 'eco friendly table/coasters etc...
They are quality items, I am sure your luck will change.
Keep updating things, I have found that making photos brighter have made a difference and improved sales...

Your shop is excellent! Really awesome crisp clean pictures and great products and prices. I would add the wedding jewelry tag...also bridal jewelry,couples rings, grooms ring...And such. Those are big buzz words when its comes to rings. I agree you can/should definitely raise the prices of the coasters and possibly the rings. Do you do engraving? Like on the inside of the rigns? That would be neat. Anyways great shop!

Thank you both. I'm going to have to try both of your tag suggestions on some new items I'll be listing (hopefully tomorrow).

I'm always changing photos and backgrounds, so that is a good suggestion Aurore.

Kimberly, I've been experimenting with photo transfer for rings. I've had a few customs where I've burned a date, or a name. The burnings usually look rustic, and I try to shy away from it. I've been trying to come up with ideas for awhile now, but I'm still lost there.

Thank you both for your help. I'll raise the price of the coasters for a little bit and see how it goes.

I'd switch up your featured listings to your top sellers: The page holder thing, a coaster, and two rings. The table doesn't fit in with the rest of the items in your shop, and the titanium ring is a really different look than the wood ring (although it's cool that you know how to make both).

Consider making some coasters ahead of time, too, so that they're to the customer faster. It seems like you have no problem selling the coasters, and while it makes sense to make rings to order it make less sense to make coasters to order.
