How are my prices?

All my work is original, and I know most people charge a lot for original art. But when I raise my prices, the sales become very slow.. And I sort of need money *now* heh... Did I go too low this time? Does it "cheapen" the items? :(

I'm not really too familiar with pricing art pieces but I think yours looks fine. It's good to hit different price points. Yours seem to average in the $25-$30 range and of course lower. Trying adding a piece or two that you can price at more than $30.

I agree with Contempo cranes with the prices. I certainly would not go lower on any of your work! You have some great pieces! Love the colors! Your doing pretty well considering your pretty new! Keep up the good work!

Re: How are my prices?

I think your prices are good - but for your actual paintings, why not offer prints as well?

I was reluctant to offer prints for a pretty long time, until finally it really started to hit me that once I sell an awesome painting, it's gone forever. All that work, only going to 1 person. So I started getting mine scanned in (I use FedEx Print & Ship Center) and I sell prints - then after all that work I put into the painting, I can sell it over & over.
