I just opened my shop and am eager to begin fine tuning it. Your feedback is appreciated. The shop contains mineral photos now but I will add landscape and wildlife sections later. The shop can be found by searching PrinceFinePhotograph. Thanks.

Hi Nick,

First thing I noticed is that all your listings have names that no one is going to search for. No one is going to come to Etsy and do a random search for "Amethyst Reflection." Try something like "16X20 Fine Art Print - Amethyst Reflection" or "16X20 Mineral Photograph - Amethyst Reflection" Your titles need to have key words that people will search for.

The same goes for your tags. You should try combining your single word tags into phrases. For example, in Amethyst Reflection, you tag it with quartz, photograph, natural, mineral... Try mineral photograph, quartz picture, natural photograph, natural print, natural art...

Also, is there a way you could include more pictures of your items? Try showing them in use. Hang them on the wall and take pictures. Show potential buyers what it will look like in their home or office.

Your products seem very unique because I tried to do a search to find similar things to help me give you ideas and I couldn't find any. I'm sure if you can find the right tags and titles, you'll have great success.

Thanks for the suggestions. Most are pretty simple but they give me a lot of insight into how to get my store more recognition. BTW....your soaps and store look awesome.

I think That you should Put that you specialize in photography before describing the crystals. I was confused as to if you were selling the crystals or selling your pictures. Sorry that's just how I interpreted it!! Just trying to Help!

Hi Nick,

I love your work! I second Hunter's advice; it would be great to see some examples of your photos hung on a simple frame in natural light.

Since your products are so visually interesting, I'd consider networking outside Etsy for increased page views. No offense, Etsy, I love you; but it's hard to advertise in a a thumbnail :) Reach out to style blogs that follow your aesthetic (maybe offering coupons for a review). Also, your photos should be all over Pinterest.

Thanks. I appreciate the feedback. I am working on displaying my work in various settings. The suggestion to expand my internet base in in the works as well.

BTW...I look at your shop and you do some great work. I really like the simple geometric pendents.
