Feedback, please!

I have actually never had anyone critique my shop. I realized how necessary it is to have another pair of eyes view my shop after a friend asked me to review hers. The way she worded her ordering process (custom product) was very confusing, but because SHE knew the ins & outs, didn't explain it well to potential buyers.

So here I am. Asking for the truth and nothing but the truth. I started my shop last April and have been so busy that improving my shop has been on the bottom of my to-do list. I've finally found a few extra minutes and would love any feedback you have to offer.

My number one question:
When you read the description as to how to place an order and the process/timeline, does it seem clear? Is there anything else that should be added here? Is anything about the ordering process that seems difficult/might turn you away from ordering with me?

I would also love any overall suggestions you may have including - photos, tags, titles, my products themselves, descriptions, policies, about pages, etc.

I can't wait to hear from you guys! I will leave feedback for others as payment for your time : )

Looks like your shop has been doing good. Have you had any issues with approval of proofs or people not sending photos right away for postcards? If not, then I don't think there's any problems with your descriptions as far as I can see. The one critique I have is you should put a photo of what the envelopes look like.

Only a couple times has it taken longer than 24 hours for a buyer to approve a proof, after a few days I message them on Etsy just to check in and make sure they got it. Usually people are extremely fast to approve! I definitely need to make the time to photograph my products with envelopes.

Love the cohesive look of your shop! And thanks for spelling 'stationery' correctly - can't tell you how many times I've seen it spelled 'stationary'!

Anyway, on to the critique! :) Do you have a rush print or rush shipping option? If you do, I would include it in your listing. If you don't - I would suggest considering it! :) Especially for the baby announcements - I know I wanted to get mine out & in the mail asap! :)

& I agree - a photo of what the envelopes look like would help as well!

So cute! I tried to find this listing when I searched for "gender reveal invite"
After page 3 I gave up. In order to get sales you have to get found! Must work on SEO Tags/Titles!
Are you selling a baby? A gender? NO!!! You are selling:
"gender reveal invite"!!!

String together as many 2-3 descriptive words as you can that fit in a 20 character tag. Use those tags in your title and first paragraph in your description and you will get found more often!!!

Search yourself. Then change the tags and search again! See where you bump up to! It's fun!

Thank you both so much for the feedback! I am definitely going to make the effort to improve SEO and tagging. I still have a lot to learn, thank you for your helpful hints!
