Ha, that's neat, I just critiqued the other one in another thread. I actually prefer the photos of this listing though. I personally think it would look nice, if it's possible, to get another pastel colour or something for the background instead of plain white.

For yours, you should make your photos a little brighter. Also, in the description you could list the length and width of the necklace.

I agree with having a little more color/contrast in the background. Also, I like the 3rd pic better than the first, because it is less about the box and more about the actualy product, yet has the extra little splash of stripes to hold interest. maybe you could show just one "candy" by itself for a size and composition reference?

CleoHalfpenny~ I really like the last pic with the necklace in the doll's lap, maybe you could brighten the photo(s) and crop in on the last one for your 1st photo. That way there's less empty space in the thumbnail when the potential customer is scrolling by....less dead space, more interesting/coordinating pattern.

paintedponyshop- Although people could obviously just go to your shop to see what the finished product would look like, I think it would be good to add a picture of that. Other than that, it looks really good. I like the packaging and everything.

paintedponyshop: Your pictures are great! However, I do have to agree with cleohalfpenny- you should include a photo of the finished product. Also, the description is a little long, so shorten it a little. Other than that, I think it will be a bit hit as well. Oh and I also love your packaging.

If you don't mind me asking- what camera are you using to take these photos.

Cleohalfpenny: you really should brighten those photos. Maybe include a picture of the packaging too. As plays a big part in our product! =)

LisamariesPiece: I like the cobalt bracelet a lot. It is a beautiful combination of colors. Very rich looking. I wanted to see it with some sort of scale...on someone, or near some identifiable object...I don't know what, that is the hard part. I think the third or 4th photos is a little blurry, but overall it is a really nice listing.

MyTinyBuddies: I like your new photos of the washcloth candies.. they look super yummy now.

Hi poppyfrocks!

The item is very cute! I have a few suggestions: the description seems a bit rambling. You may want to sharpen your wording and add in item measurements. The lighting for the photos is not as great as it could be. They are a tad dark and have a lot of shadow. You might try photographing against a solid (as opposed to textured) white background in natural light some time before 11am. Generally this will give you great lighting. You also might want to post-process your photos to make sure the colors of the photos are true to life- I notice that the second picture shows the dress looking more green than the other photos.

Lisamaries- a very beautiful piece indeed. However, I do have to agree with babycriket-- would love to see the piece on someone or near an object.

A few other suggestions:
-Use a different background. The white makes the jewelery look plain.
-Take pictures from different angles. I.e- zoom in on the rose locket, have it near an object for comparison, lay the piece out straight, etc.
-4th picture is blurry so don't use that.

Babycriket- Adorable! Description is good. One thing I think you should do is have a picture of just the booties. Also, a few of your photos are a little dark so you should brighter those up a little.

poppyfrocks- love the ballerina dress! But, like eva stated- you should take photos in natural light. Most of your photos are too dark. You could also have a picture of just the dress and/or zoom in on the roses so all your photos don't look the same. In your description you should include the measurements.

eva- i think your listing is perfect! Beautiful, crisp, clean photos. You get to see what the bag looks like from different angles. Your description is perfect. I wouldn't change a thing.

evakatrina - also, your first photo should be brighter. Nice pattern design but I think the lace does not match the pattern... I'd prefer to have one without lace.

tinybuddy- do you provide internationally shipping? your shipping info is not completed. Nice photo and detailed description.
