How can I print cabachon size photos from my iphone

Hello everyone, I am new to cabachons. My cousin just past away this week at 23 years old in a tragic car accident. I am trying to make a memorable gift for his mom. I purchased the card stock paper. I have the photos I want to print for 8mm,10mm 14mm and 20mm cabachons. I have been trying to find how I can get them that small from my iPhone 6plus to make. PLEASE Someone help. I been struggling 3 days.

I think you're going to have to move to a computer and use a photo shop program. I might be wrong but you could do this in minutes on a computer. Hope that helps. Very sorry about the tragic loss.
You could also put the photo on a data key and take it to a copy shop. There are times when it's just as well to hand the task over to someone else.
