A Modpodge with book pages question

Hi…

A potential customer in my paper shop has asked a question…. whether modpodge would work to put book pages onto cardboard letter shapes?

I haven't used it, i think it should work but thought would get opinions before I answered.

The pages are quite thin, so they'd fold over the shapes well, but would they crinkle a bit? Would that matter? But a couple of layers should smooth out maybe?

I'd be grateful for any thoughts! Thanks :-)

If you use a credit card or small squeegee that's made for smoothing out wrinkles and air bubbles, you shouldn't have a problem. The trick is getting it smooth before the glue dries. I do this often, usually onto canvas for mixed media stuff and rarely have a problem.
