wrong foreign prices

I use different prices for italy and rest of the world

But i receive orders from USA with italian prices, so a lot less than what i should receive, calculating that to ship to USA from Italy it's a really expensive.

I received already 3 orders with wrong prices 
Ex: 135$ instead 245€

I wrote to etsy assistance and they answer me that they should fix this problem...but after 2 months, nothing happen...and today i've got another order...wrong.

anyone has the same problem? a solution? suggestion?
