Looks like your shop is on holiday mode or inactive right now. When your shop is active again, you can start advertising right away.

My shop is not on holiday. Although I've had some trouble with my bank, that's already bee figured out, I get this message when I wanna start using ads.  My shop is NOT on holiday, or inactive, all my listings are active, and things seem to work except this ad thing.

Perhaps log out/back in or clear your cache ... basically the IT solution (have you tried turning it off and back on again?)

I remember you had some difficulty with Etsy deactivating listings. Maybe they haven’t caught on themselves that they are active again and it will resolve in a few days. How long ago was it that you are active again?

Yes, I think It was 4 or 5 days. I hope so.  Apparently there's nothing wrong with my store atm lol.  Thank You for responding Sunnyty.
