I have created a store named Awoc on your site on 01/10/2023, but since that day, the store is closed and in the stage of address confirmation, I have all the required documents that were required during registration on the web. I have uploaded the site and I have more documents about the address where I live now.
Do you know how long this approval will take?

You need to contact Etsy support. You are only talking to other Etsy sellers here in the forums

Thank you for your answer . I have emailed Etsy twice to date. And once I sent a message on Instagram. I also expressed my request on Twitter, but unfortunately, I have not received any response from Etsy in these 22 days. Can you guide me how to contact etsy. Thank you

Your ID needs to be in Latin characters and your current address shown.  Is that what you uploaded?  If there are any special characters, the computer cannot read them.
