my shop shows on vacation mode and will be updated in next 48 hours please can you let me know what seem to be the reason as i cannot find any reason

Check your email, especially your spam folder for an email from Etsy.
New shops are put on forced vacation if additional information is required. The 48 hours is just a standard reply. Are there any banner alerts in your dashboard requesting for action to be taken?
Etsy will never contact you via your messenger in the dashboard, so head over to the "help" section and click "contact us", there you will be able to send them a message or access chat. They will be able to see what is required on your account.
