Is Etsy down?

Checked the forums since I cant log in. It seems nobody can do anything. Is Etsy down or just more tinkering creating major issues ?? Please fix!

I have the same problem. Also renewed listings are not moving into active listings but still staying in the expired section so no-one can see them.

I keep getting the red banner :"Hm, we’re having trouble uploading those files." every time I try to upload photos to my listings.

I’ve already tried:

• Switching browsers

• Restarting my computer

• Using a different device (iPhone)

None of these worked. It’s been over an hour and I still can’t upload any photos — not for new listings or updating existing ones.

I am having the same issue, photos will not load.  Is there anyone working on fixing it?

@retrogal415  The site is having many technical issues; acknowledged on "etsystatus.com", and posted by BagmakerSupply in a couple of other Threads. Etsy should really acknowledge things like this here on the Forum. How about an Announcement (in Tech. Issues), for the sake of transparency. Not everyone goes to etsystatus.

I think it's related to the cloudflare outage happening right now. A lot of big websites are affected.

Me too. Just started adding photos to a new listing on my laptop.
It gives me the same message.
Tried a different browser .. same thing. Tried a different computer, same thing.
Noticed that some photos in some of my listings are gone as well. Don't know what to do.
Etsy needs to fix this now.
Can't get anything listed because the photos won't show up. Just that message

Thanks for the laugh ... between juggling communication with a repeat customer wanting to buy a listing that I can't make exist, a kiln misbehaving and other things that just aren't falling into place ... a laugh was needed.

Yeah, thanks, Etsy.  I worked 15 minutes on a listing and saved it as a draft.  It's nowhere to be found now.

Hi. I am trying to make a new listing and the page is not allowing me to upload any of my files. i'm able to fill out all the other fields, I just cannot upload any files or pictures to my listing (yes, they are in the correct format).

Etsy is experiencing a site-wide issue.  They are working on it.  There are several threads recently opened where sellers are sharing similar problems.

Same thing. I was hoping to list new items today. I'm sure it will be fixed soon enough. Until then I'll keep working on something else.

because of this issue i cannot save my listing as a draft--since drafts have to have a picture and a file uploaded (at least for my listing, which is a digital print). should i just leave the unfinished listing open, hoping it'll save all my work?
