unable to submit seller info and store put in vacation mode for about a month now

I've been trying to reach out to Etsy about the same issue repeatedly, but unfortunately, there has been no resolution. I received an email a week ago asking me to update my seller information. However, I encountered an issue with the submit button not working, which prevented me from completing the update. After seven days, my payments were suspended, and I was given a 24-hour window to rectify the situation.

I reached out to Etsy's support team three or four times to resolve the submit button issue, but each time, I was told that the technical team would contact me via email. However, the emails I received contained the same instructions regarding resolving the issue by using a different browser or clearing the cache, both of which I had tried numerous times without success. When I replied to the email, I received no response at all. As a result, my store has been in vacation mode for about a month now.

The support technician informed me that this issue is a known problem on Etsy's end and that they are working on a solution. However, it's frustrating to have my store in vacation mode for an issue that is not my fault. I'm trying to run a business here, and I feel like I'm not getting the help I need to fix this error or remove it from my store. This experience has been unprofessional and disappointing, and I'm seeking suggestions on how to resolve this problem.

What seller info do they want you to update?

Once I click on continue, it opens a window and asking to add phone number. Then once i click to add phone number, another tab open with tax and legal information info and I see my DOB, address and phone number is empty there. I add those info but then submit to etsy button never enabled. Even after entering the info, there is no way to submit it. its greyed out.

I can’t  update my info either. I click on the yellow button and it leads me to the screen with my name, address, etc. There’s a red asterisk next to phone number. My phone number is on file, but ok. I click on phone number and I get a pop-up telling me how to confirm my info with an OK, got it kind of thing. I click on OK and a page with info on  my taxpayer ID. Try to go back to add phone number, but no going back. How do you contact Etsy?

Same for me. I have opened tons of ticket as well as called them, chat with them but they did nothing. only opened support ticket and technical support team never reached out to me. Now I see all of my support request has been closed without any resolution.
