unable to add Primary taxpayer ID when account linked to Payoneer

I am located in Thailand and need to add my companies VAT number to my etsy Primary taxpayer ID so etsy stops charging VAT on fees.

When I try to do this, the pop up ("Enter your taxpayer info") does nothing when I click Submit, so the ID does not get saved.

I am not sure if it is important but I have linked the account to Payoneer, most of the account details are fixed to what is on Payoneer, taxpayer ID is shown in the section that etsy states is fixed to Payoneer details, showing as not set, although etsy still has the option of adding Primary taxpayer ID. I have tried looking in Payoneer for a place to add this ID but cannot see any.

Sorry, I don't know how you could fix so I just bumped this thread to see if anyone else can suggest something for you.

How Do I Use a Payoneer Account With Etsy Payments? – Etsy Help   Read the article.  Etsy has information there that may help or lead you in the right direction.

Is your Payoneer account under your business or persona name?  That may make a difference.

Payoneer account is company account, which comes across as my account details on Etsy (on Etsy fixed account detail is sourced from Payoneer)
