Hi - we ship all of our orders with Thai Post with tracking numbers but last month we got a 97% score for shipping even though everything shipped on time. Etsy says 3 shipments were missing the tracking numbers? Is there a glitch - is Etsy aware of this glitch?
This has been going on as long as I can remember, contact Etsy with the order numbers and the associated tracking numbers so that they may be able to correct it for you
