the picture of my item on Google is linked to another Etsy shop

Hello,

When I make a surch on Google about an item of my Etsy shop and I ckick on it, I am redirected to another Etsy shop.

The item is : mésange bleue feutrée à l'aiguille. ( see the picture on my shop ArtAtypic )

Could someone solve this problem please.

@ArtAtypic: "Could someone solve this problem please." Even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

I have had exactly the same thing, My Item, My photograph and ETSY have gone and linked it in some bizarre way to another shop on Etsy and another item and under my item and my phonograph have written another items and another shops information - I contacted Etsy support and they were of no help at all, they didn't even understand the issue, even with screen shots and simple expiations and then just stopped responding and haven't been able to make contact again and its just absurd. so am sorry i am not help, but at least you can know it isn't just you, you haven't done anything wrong - IT is Etsys stupid Ai and Ml system going off on tangents
