I am 72 years old and my son Edward Griswold and Daughter Michelle have been helping me. It was Christmas and we needed the orders filled. I have about 137 listings. I wanted to transfer account to Edward Griswold and they would not let me suspended account. So now I am Home and want account un suspended. I have uploaded my birth certificate, social sec. card, drivers license. I am still on hold. What the heck . I put in my banking account information everything, sinked with plaid.
nothing works HELP PLEASE>

Your shop is open. Did you try adding listings?
You have no payment options available. Is your banking and credit card up to date?
They might've suspended you if you tried to remove your own financial info and input your son's. You'll have to wait for Support to review the problem.
"I wanted to transfer account to Edward Griswold and they would not let me suspended account."
Do you mean you attempted to change the name on the account? That is not allowed and a big red flag for them.
My best guess is that you need to get in contact with support (a sincere good luck with that) and see what is needed to continue. Sounds like there is now some sort of error in your account and only they can fix it.
You can't transfer an account to someone else - see https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040985353-Can-I-Transfer-My-Etsy-Account-to-Someone-Else?...
I really hope you're able to get your shop back and running.
Etsy stores are non-transferable. I totally get having your son help you ... but why transfer the shop to him? Even if you were successful, he'd have to report the revenue as income for tax purposes.
By the way, my husband helps with packaging and other miscellaneous stuff. He could quietly sell off inventory if anything happened to me - as long as I don't try to transfer the shop to himself. (He'll probably run a giant super good sale hoping the whole thing will go away).
Good luck.
you have tried to transfer a shop to someone else, which is a big red flag
you also have production partners that design and make, YOUR handmade items
and you work with a group of artists in different states, which are not in the production partners at all, or as shop members
I think etsy may be investigating your shop, for more than just ID, now you are on their radar
