Your shop you are posting from doesn't appear to be 'suspended' - just not indexed. Not having any items listed might be why. Times when I've gone on a long vacation mode they de-indexed my shop, but when I started posting listings again it re-indexed.
You can try contacting Etsy stating "Not Indexed" in the subject line (but you'll have to hunt for the link to send an email through the help/contact links at the bottom of any Etsy page) or try listing something and see if it comes up first. While you're at it, maybe get some policies up as well, as they are important to keeping your shop in good standing.
