It was my first sale, then my store was closed immediately

I don't know where to write to etsy and how to learn
I couldn't find it in the emails either.

why do you think my store has been suspended what is the problem?

Check your email. They most likely asked for a copy of your ID or to verify your bank account.

It might have been because Etsy does not believe you make the items in your shop yourself or designed them and had someone make them for you.  Seeing the video of your shop in a mall gives a clue that this might be the case.

Your shop is not closed, just temporarily suspended. It's normal for Etsy to suspend a shop when they make their first sale so that they can verify ID. However it can take a while to verify your ID because it's done manually. Make sure you have a credit card assigned for billing.I

In the mean time you can add your shop members - for instance, the people who actually design and make your items. Since all items on Etsy (except supplies and vintage) must be made by the shop owner, this is an important step. Transparency helps to gain customer trust and can encourage sales.

I see your shop already active. I had the same problem.

My shop is suspended after getting first sale because etsy requested to verify my bank info.
I'll already getting a small deposit from etsy and already verify my bank account.
But my shop still suspended. It's been 5 days after verification bank info.

How long does it take for your shop to be active again after verification ?
