it's almost one 1month still can't send a message.
If you were sending too many duplicate messages, etsy will have paused your ability to send messages.
Are you getting the message of "Bummer, your messages have been temporarily disabled".
Have you opened a support ticket to contact etsy support?

At the top of this page is a help button. You want to pick a topic on messages and at the bottom there should be something like, did this help you or answer your question. Click on no and once you send a request for help, stick with the same one, replying I need more help, as you can sometimes get what sounds like a canned reply. Keep asking for more help until you get an actual person.
