I'm having a similar problem. I noticed that I was barely getting anymore favorites on my dashboard, so I decided to check the detailed stats. I had significantly more favorites there than I did on my dashboard. I contacted etsy and here is a snippet of their reply from an email this morning, "Please be advised that the new customer insights section shown on the stats page of your shop manager is currently in the testing/beta phase. Etsy runs experiments to help build better tools for the entire Etsy community.
