stats are not showing

There is now a drop down box (no idea why they would do this though - it just makes things even more complicated) to view stats from 1. Pattern 2. Etsy.com. 3. All Channels (whatever that means)  - you need to refresh this every time to view any stats currently.....

All Channels means Etsy and Pattern, if you have both.

On the top left it says "Stats overview for" with a grey arrow to the right.  Click on the arrow and you get the 3 choices listed above.

I don't have a drop down box. I have to do the work around clicking yesterday then clicking today to see stats update.

Thanks for the info. I don't like the idea to having to use the down arrow to view it. I thought things improve to make it more efficient.

I just clicked on detailed stats, in the top right corner, above the stats. But I would rather see the stats upfront, like before.

You have to select "yesterday" first and then "today" to see your stats. It is the drop box at the top that says: Stats overview from..

WHY is it that every "improvement" requires MORE time consuming clicks (like for instance the "returns and exchanges" check we need to make on EVERY new listing now. Like heaven forbid we should have a default and just enable exceptions if need be. Nope... EVERY new order is an extra click... along with a scroll to the bottom too, can't forget that).

So, having to make an extra click every time we want to refresh stats.... seems pretty status quo actually.

and BTW, thank you for mentioning that drop down choice between etsy and pattern. I totally missed that. And I thought etsy was letting Pattern languish. Maybe there's some scheme underfoot to resurface pattern as a "new and improved" feature we ought to jump all over right now!!!   You never know.....

@SewlyButtons   I have been seeing this for well over a month.   It is annoying to say the least, along with all the  other "tests" Etsy puts us in.    When ever they attempt to do something, it is incomplete, messed up, causes more work on our end.    Etsy should just FIX what is broken already !

They just want somehow to force you (us) subscribe to that "pattern" thing so they could take even more money from our pockets... dont you think?

I wont be surprised that they will silently subscribe us to that patter and then will charge each of us for subscription until we cancel... of course only if we will notice those extra charges on our bills...

Mine aren't showing on the dashboard section either (they usually do - I much prefer looking at this section) but are showing up in the stats section...

Mine are not showing, too.   There are more glitches than ever.  What is going on?  You would think after so many years, there would be less issues on Etsy but it is just getting worse.  I sure hope this is not going to stay an extra click to be able to see my stats.  This is messed up, if so!!  We should not have to choose between Etsy and Pattern!!   So frustrating!!

1. Click on today. 2. Click on yesterday. 3. Click on today again.

Your current day stats will show.

Yes, it's manual but it has been working.

In the meantime we will all just have to wait until Etsy resolves this for the marketplace and community.

I don't have Pattern, so are we going to have to constantly choose between the 2 on the dashboard in order for stats to show? Makes no sense.

My stats for today show

no stats----------------------no stats------------------------- no stats----------------------- -no stats

I have to go back to yesterday etc. and return to today,  to see the stats for today.

I've noticed this the past 2 days, I had to click "yesterday" they would show, then click "today" and they show up, however if I go back out of shop dashboard, it goes back to showing "no stats" upon my return.
