Two issues: buyer ordered wrong item so I fulfilled his request for refund,, but app still kept shipping date open so my shipping percent was 98% , not 100%. So no star seller.
2nd issue, I have a ship by date of Monday, Dec 26th, which is a holiday here in US. And Post offices are closed.

right so 98% is still ok you need to be 95% or over. As for Dec 26th , update shipping to dec 27th tell customers the 26th is a postal holiday its simple and they will be fine with it.
Cancel the order as well as refund. It's a two step process.
Update your shipping date by extending. If you are still within your processing time frame, create the label for the 27th.
