star seller status for shipping/tracking went DOWN?!?!

my shipping/tracking percentage went down...and ALL my orders are on time WITH tracking...and there's one order that was canceled/refunded. i should be at 100%...but im at 89%?!?!?!?!

this is soooo NOT COOL.

That happened to me and I was told by Etsy Tech that it may take about 24 hours after an order has been shipped for this score to update once the carrier shares already tracking events.  The next day my score was back up.

@MitzsMeowMarket: Probably almost everyone on this forum can sympathize with you but this issue has been addressed in numerous threads on this forum. How long ago did you ship? Have the packages been scanned? Often the CSV file is often behind reality. If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status and Star Seller stats auto update.

i ship always, within 2 days, even though my ship time is set at 3-4. tracking with everything, and scanned right in front of me while at the post. and to top it all off, this morning my score went down even further even though i have no orders currently!

@MitzsMeowMarket  Your percentage would drop if your sales volume decreased. If etsy thinks you have one shipment missing but you have fewer orders for the current 3 months, your percentage would change.

@MitzsMeowMarket: If your Star Seller page has updated. remember that the stats you now see are for the January star (October, November and December). The "Last Review Period" shows the stats for the December Star (September, October and November).
